The North East Sleep Alliance is a service provided to families across the Tees Valley and Sunderland Local Authority areas. It is co-delivered through Health Services and the Family Support Team at Daisy Chain, and in partnership with Family Hubs in the Sunderland locality.
The service has been designed in consultation with the ICB, all six local authorities and local Parent Carer Forums.
